Cats may not have been as popular among our Presidents as dogs, but there have been a number of famous felines in the White House, and this cute angora kitty is a purr-fect cuddle friend.

William McKinley owned two Turkish Angora cats, Valeriano Weyler, named for the governor of Cuba, and Enrique DeLome, named after Spain’s ambassador.
